It is quite usual for people to have more than just 1x50ft reel of film Chances are that you may have 10, 20 or even more. We offer discounts for larger quantities, for example
10x50ft 3” reels £40 plus postage 20x50ft 3” reels £80 plus postage
There are then the keen photographers that have shot many films and spliced them together on to larger reels and may have lots of 400ft reels of Super 8 or standard 8mm cine film to transfer to DVD. What we would say to those people is not to dismiss having the films transferred as “too expensive”, but to ask us for a quote. The discount you get is very dependent on the quantity you have. You could save 20%, 30%, 40% or even in some cases 50% off the standard price.
Just remember, the more you have transferred the cheaper it is. |
